Our core mission is to empower ambitious Cambodian youths with international career opportunities in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) and the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW / Tokutei Ginou) framework. Over the past decade, we have developed a comprehensive human resource ecosystem that combines ethical recruitment, rigorous Japanese language and vocational training at our proprietary HANABI Training Center, thorough pre-departure orientation, and 24/7 welfare monitoring in Japan.
